Semi Detach Townhouse with a big yard

The home is surrounded by a yard that creates a cozy, quiet, and private atmosphere while still being close to everything you will need in Lancaster city. Luxe on Walnut features private parking for two vehicle steps away from the back entrance to the home. Additional street parking is always available in the front of the house. The Livingroom features a LED fireplace, 65" smart tv, and plenty of seating. We offer activities such as karaoke, cards, uno, puzzles, and family feud for game night with family or friends. The kitchen has an open floor plan great for conversing while cooking. This beautiful luxurious house includes 2 full bathrooms. The entry level has a standing shower, and the second-floor bathroom features a tub perfect for soaking and relaxing. The first bedroom has a king size bed with a 65" smart TV, an accent chair for reading or lounging, a closet for storage and a luggage rack. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and also has a spacious closet with a luggage rack. You will have access to a washer, dryer, coffee bar and other amenities. In warm weather you can enjoy outdoor dining, grilling, a bonfire area that seats 6, a half wrap front porch that includes a swing, and a conversational seating area.

Luxe on Walnut is located in central city of Lancaster PA. You will be walking distance to the science factory, reservoir park, cork factory restaurant, Lancaster brewing co, Grand Sabor restaurant and many more. You will be 5-minute drive to the downtown night life: Tellus360, Altana, Exchange roof top bar and plenty of other bars and restaurants. you have options for outdoor activities and hiking trails like Tucquan Glen and Turkey Hill overlook. You will be a short drive to Route 30, the Tanger outlet and Dutch wonderland amusement park.

Double Booked!!!
The host double booked. Apparently she books through other sites in addition to VRBO. I was not informed until I reached out to as for the code to get in the door. When she told me she had over booked I asked what can be done about it and she told me to contact VRBO. VRBO is refunding me, but I ended up paying significantly more for a hotel. I rated every category low because this system would not let me leave the categories blank. Disregard my ratings on cleanliness, location etc. the only thing I can accurately rate is check in process communication with the host.

Very nicely remodeled townhouse provided adequate space, nice amenities, beautiful decor, and had 2 parking spots behind the property which was a fabulous plus to not have to deal with street parking! The home was very clean, comfortable, and was centrally located. Would definitely stay again!

Location mix up
When booking the property I didn’t do the research about the city of Lancaster. I thought it was a smaller town but Lancaster is a good size city with all the noise and traffic that comes with it. This isn’t the owner’s fault. This didn’t ruin our trip but it made for some adjustments. Probably won’t stay at this property again but it is a very nice townhome. Just not the location I’m looking for

Very accurate and beautiful property.
The hime was very clean and very nice. The photos were accurate and the space was ample. We will be hopefully reserving on our next trip to Lancaster. The hosts take very good care of the property.

Able to get to outlying towns easily. The only thing that was lacking was storage space. Had to live out of suitcase. A bureau in the bedrooms would be helpful and more shelves in the bathrooms.

My sister & I visit Lancaster often, we are originally from here so we return to visit family & friends.. I stumbled upon this home, as I usually stay at the same VRBO property that I'm comfortable with. BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!.. This home is warm & inviting!! Has top appliances, very nicely decorated and so cozy & clean!!.. I believe I have found my new home away from home.. the owner and house cleaner are amazing, responds quickly!! The area is perfect for me, close to everything including my friends and family... LOVE IT!!!

Nice semi-detached house.
The house is in a primarily hispanic neighborhood. Sometimes there was loud music and seemingly unmuffled car noise. It is as described in the offer. Very convenient to Lancaster city. Well maintained. It is not stand-alone. It is attached to the one beside it. Parking was an issue on the street until I discovered the parking in the rear off a very narrow alley. A couple of noted areas: there were NO drinking glasses. I bought some which we left. There is a plethora if switches and remote controls but no instructions as to how to use them. The back patio/seating area is very nice. It has a charcoal grill but no charcoal. I bought and left a 20 pound bag.

This house is perfect for any stay. Has a very comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen. I only stayed a few days due to a quick business trip but I enjoyed it. Felt like home. The decor was very pretty and neatly set.

Hidden gem
This property was such a lovely surprise. Located downtown but once inside it's an escape. Kitchen is stunning! Both bathrooms are beautifully updated. Beds were very comfortable with super soft sheets and pillows. Owner made sure to add extra plugs in rooms to charge phones,etc. The parking was a bit hidden at first,but then realized there is an alley behind the house with space for 2 cars. Totally fenced in,would definitely stay here next time in Lancaster.
