Perfect location to get to downtown Lancaster and Hershey Park. Pool is on the smaller side, but still did the trick for my 10 and 8 year old. Decent breakfast to start off your day, too! Staff was friendly.

Nice stay near entertainment and shopping. Nice room with plenty of space and good amenities. Only drawback, the maids didn’t show up the only time they were scheduled. Your would think with today’s technology, the management could track this better.

During our 3 nights stay we did not get housekeeping services. In day 2 we requested it at the front desk and by early evening the room was still not serviced. The front desk staff were not helpful or responsive when the request was made and complaint reported at time of checkout.

There is dining and shopping close by, but you must drive every where. There is nothing to walk to. We loved eating at Millers Ale House, but didn’t like Shady Maple Buffet, not worth the drive. The hotel is lovely,

My husband and I came to Lancaster County, PA again for vacation and to take in a show at Sight & Sound Theater, and to check out flea markets and antique shops. We loved the location because it was easily accessible to the major routes, and super close to Wegman's. The hotel and room was both safe and quiet. Loved having a small kitchen area, as we stayed six nights and didn't want to eat out everyday.
