This cozy cottage is the perfect place to get away and we would love to be your hosts. It is less than a mile from Rockvale Outlets, Dutch Wonderland and lots of restuarants and also 2 miles from Sight and Sound Theater. And minutes from the Village of Intercourse.
This sparkling clean cottage has 3 bedrooms (one on the main level and 2 upstairs) an 1 bath, a fully equipped kitchen, deck with a gas grill, free wifi also available. Linens and towels are provided. And there will be a fresh loaf of homemade bread and amish peanut butter spread waiting for you!

Great house to stay in. Parking was not that big of a issue( others have stated that pulling out of driveway could be problematic due to traffic but did not have any problems). Convenient location, nice people to deal with!

Girl’s weekend trip
Overall our stay at this cottage house went very well and everything mentioned online was correct. It’s in a pretty good location, you just have to be patient when backing up out of the driveway. Everything was very clean and was nicely decorated.

There was a step going to the bathroom from the bedroom as well as from the kitchen to the refrigerator. My husband fell going to bathroom at night & I tripped. The sheets on the bed were not what I have found in many other airbnbs...they were outdated. The stairs were almost impossible to climb to the 2 bedrooms upstairs. They were not deep enough to get your entire foot on each step. There were 6 remotes by the tv & we never could figure out how to watch tv! New linens, and a smart tv would be two things that would make this place nicer but the steps & stairs would still be a safety concern for an older couple. We would not stay here again.

Wonderful Place
The house was wonderful!! Steps were steep and small, so need to be careful but a wonderful place. The homemade and bread and peanut butter spread were unbelievable!!! We would stay again. Angie thNk you so very much for this lovely place.

Just Right!
We brought my mother here for Sight and Sound, and it was just right for our little group. Just up the road from the theater and so many choices for eating! Having that little extra space for dining in and playing games was so worth it. Would definitely book again and will recommend to all planning a trip to the area!

Seeing Moses in Amish Country
As part of our 50th wedding Anniversary celebration we traveled to the area to see Moses at Sight and Sound, which is "just down the road" from this cozy cottage. We enjoyed the ambiance of being in Amish country. Great food all around and the clip clop of horses hooves pulling buggies right outside the front door!

This is our second time staying at the "cottage". We enjoyed two good nights sleep; the beds are very comfortable. It is very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion would be additional coffee mugs and more teaspoons.

Very cosy
Very clean and cosy the Stoltzfus Cottage is more then good. Coming from Germany we found a home for our stay in Dutch County. We enjoyed the pros of the real living in this wonderful house. Thank you for all.

Perfect for our family girls getaway
It's our fourth/fifth time staying here. It's the perfect location . Close to everything. perfect place to chill in the front yard with a cold beverage or hang out on the deck under an umbrella. We come as part of a girls getaway for the moms and daughters in the family. For thirty plus years my mom and her sisters met in Lancaster for a sisterhood retreat. We lived overseas and far away but my momma would come for it. When one of my Aunts passed we decided to shake it up and try a vrbo instead of a standard hotel. We'll never go back. So much more personal and we love the property. Owner always leaves fresh bread and homemade peanut butter.

Cozy cottage
Cozy cottage in the heart of Lancaster. We were so close to everything. The cottage had all the comforts of home. Well stocked kitchens with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Very comfortable bed. And amazing amish made peanut butter and homemade bread. We will definately be back!

Cute, Clean Little Cottage
This was a perfect place for our weekend family getaway. Clean, tastefully decorated and with everything we needed. The 'treat' of homemade bread and peanut butter spread left for us by the owners was thoughtful and much appreciated (and Delicious!). Thank you!! The only drawback for us was that, upstairs you had to go through one bedroom to get to the other.
