Vintage Holiday Home in Lanas with Swimming Pool

This holiday rental with heated swimming pool is part of a beautiful estate in Lanas, a small village nestling around 40km from Privas, upstream from the Ardèche Gorges.

The property lies in the heart of the garrigue, the typical vegetation of the region. This is why the internet connection is not always reliable. Your accommodation has a superb private terrace with garden furniture and plancha, offering a view of nature and the superb swimming pool below, to be shared with a second holiday flat (bookable under reference Belvilla FR-07200-15) and occasionally with the owners.

The children will have a great time on the trampoline, while their parents challenge each other on the table tennis table. For enthusiasts, the nearby aerodrome offers flights over the Gorges de l'Ardèche, and an adventure park offers Quad and Buggy tours for a bowl of escape and thrills on 25 hectares of private land and a fleet of over 60 off-road vehicles.

Just 8km from Balazuc, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, Lanas is the ideal place to visit Vallon-Pont d'Arc, the Chauvet cave and the Ibie valley.

Wie houdt van rust en stilte dan kan ik deze plek warm aanbevelen. Het huisje is vrij basic, maar voldoende. Op dit tijdstip van het jaar ( juli) leef je buiten. Mooi terras met bakplaat buiten. 1 nadeel veel wespen en deze raken via 1 of andere weg in de veranda. Dus veel spuiten en opruimen. Heel mooi streek.

Séjour en Ardéche dans un cadre très sympathique et un très bon accueil. Les occasions sont régulières pour partager avec les propriétaires. Le logement est loin du tumulte des bords de rivières mais on accède rapidement aux sites touristiques de jour comme de nuit.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die netten Besitzer. Die Unterkunft liegt recht abgelegen, was wir aber sehr zu schätzen wussten - es ist unglaublich ruhig und der Sternenhimmel sensationell. Ziele der Umgebung sind dennoch sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was nötig ist. Der Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse war einmalig! Der gepflegte Pool wird mit den Besitzern und den anderen Gästen geteilt, was aber kein Problem war. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Trampolin und viel Platz zum Spielen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, viel unternommen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wij hebben een fantastische 14dagen vakantie in Lanas gehad. We zijn zeer tevred ...
Wij hebben een fantastische 14dagen vakantie in Lanas gehad. We zijn zeer tevreden dat we er 2 weken zijn verbleven omdat er zoveel te doen valt en zeker als je dit wilt combineren met een aantal dagen gewoon luieren!! Onze kindjes zijn 2 en 5 jaar oud en zij hebben zich goed geamuseerd. Eerst moet je het huisje wel wat kindvriendelijk maken, Maar de familie laborie staat open om hierin mee naar oplossingen te zoeken. Voldoende ruimte binnen in het huisje/app, en een groot terras. De omgeving is volledig in het groen en super rustig! De binnenkoer bestaat uit een verwarmd zwembad +/- 28graden en een natuurlijkbegroeide paraplu met schommelstoel en tafeltjes met stoelen.. Ook een trampoline en ping pong tafel voor jong en oud! De zon op het terras boven is wel snel weg, maar je kan ook beneden aan de tafeltjes eten.. In de omgeving heb je activiteiten/bezichtigingsplaatsen op 20 a 30min rijden. Andere op 1,5u a 2u rijden maar zeker en vast de moeite om te doen, zoals bijvoorbeeld de grotten ( waarvan je er een aantal Vind) safari parc of vallon pont d'arc Lekkere restaurantjes met lekker eten en betaalbaar en supervriendelijke mensen! In de buurt van het huisje ligt een kartbaan, zeker ook de moeite om eens te doen! De heer laborie doet aan chineze accupenture en heeft elke week een aantal Stagiairs op loge.. Deze zie je soms samenkomen om te eten aan het zwembad maar wij vonden dat helemaal niet storend, De mensen zijn zen, stil, rustig en vriendelijk.. Het huisje zelf is niet superproper zoals wij , Belgische vrouwen, proper zijn, het is typisch Frans, maar het is proper genoeg. Ook accomodatie moet je doorkijken en een beetje creatief mee zijn, ik had Daar geen problemen mee omdat ik snel een plek naar mijn thuisgevoel installeer. Je moet dan ook de prijs -kwaliteitsverhouding vergelijken en relativeren. Als je heel luxueus wil zitten, betaal Je meer! Wij waren/zijn erg tevreden en hebben Een fantastische vakantie gehad! Wij gaan zeker en vast terug!
