Here you occupy part of a two-family house in the hills of Montalbano, about 20 km south of Pistoia and 5 km northwest of Vinci, the birthplace of Leonardo. Enjoy the view of the Valdinievole! The property is surrounded by a large olive grove and a forest of about 10 hectares, with many trails, ideal for pleasant and relaxing walks. It is a perfect starting point for day trips to the most beautiful cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Lucca and Pisa. These are easily accessible and can be reached in less than 1 hour by car. For a change of pace, you can also spend a relaxing day at the seaside of the Versilia coast with extensive beaches, ideal for children and with entertainment options for all ages. The main building of the complex has been divided into four apartments, two are on the first floor (including ITT150), the other two on the 1st floor. The two-family house is located in one corner of the garden, the other part of the building is used by the house owner as a storage room. All apartments are furnished in elegant Tuscan style and have a private outdoor area.
