This newly built apartment conveys a feeling of comfort and relaxation. Situated in a multi-residential villa, with a total of four separate apartments, displaying modern and functional decor. Located on the first floor, with an area of about 50 square meters, it is in an ideal position to get to the best beaches in Lampedusa. The accommodation is bright and spacious offering a fully equipped kitchen, living area with a TV and sofa-bed, a large bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment sleeps up to 4 people. Upon request, a crib or a twin size bed is available. Also included are heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels, bedding linens, a hairdryer and many other amenities for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor patio allows you to enjoy your meals outdoors or simply relax by taking in the beautiful scenery. The external property offers a large area for grilling, laundry and parking. This is an ideal place to enjoy a serene vacation while absorbing the atmosphere of the island.
