Very nice, clean and peaceful get away. The place is in great shape, had everything we needed,no issues at all except we wanted to stay a few days longer. Enjoyed watching all the critters and a 20 drive to Colorado State Park. The host Kent was great. Thanks again for the opportunity.
Cabin was very nice and clean. Property owner was quick to respond to my questions. We were without internet for 2 days no fault of the owner, he worked to get fixed as fast as he could. Bed mattress was a little uncomfortable for our liking in the master. There is an adjacent cabin but no issues.

Lets just start with if i could give 10 stars i would. Everything was perfect. Stocked with Everything except your clothes. Perfect place ( to us ) to celebrate my 50th birthday
We had a little trouble finding it, the google maps took us about 1 mile short. It was light out so we kept going and navigated to the correct location via the mailbox address. Once inside the gate, the cabin entry was easy. Great place, comfortable bed, great a/c on a hot weekend. We hiked at colorado bend SP which is 27 miles away, 40 minute drive. Great place to hike. We went to dinner both nights in Lampasas, a nice sized town with good restaurants and only 8 miles away. It would have been difficult to make dinner in the cabin, 2 burners and a toaster oven. No kitchen table. However there is a lovely porch where we ate breakfasts. Goats wandered by on our first day. Wifi was great, some cell service as well. I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and wonderful break from our suburban lives. Thank you for a lovely weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay. Cabin is just like the pictures indicate. Cabin was very clean. We loved the large front porch. The cabin is an excellent place for watching birds and other animals.
Your property is perfect for us deer hunters. It’s rustic and very private . We appreciate you had wood for the fire pit. That was nice sitting outside around the fire pit. We had extra deer feed, and my cousin enjoyed feeding them .
We absolutely LOVED all the rustic touches in this cute little cabin in the woods! Waking up to see deer and their small herd of sheep roaming around was great. We get get a chance to use them but the blankets and Adirondack chairs on the porch, as well as the firepit in the yard, were enticing.
Kent was a pleasure to deal with and quickly responded to any questions we had. Thank you for sharing the little green cabin with us. We will definitely stay again if we're back in the area.
I loved the rooster. One thing the air fryer/toaster oven would’ve been better being a microwave. Appreciated the Keurig but we were unable to use our grounds, maybe a filter for that. The cabin was lovely, peaceful and quiet. Very rustic. So glad l picked it and it was available. Thank you for your hospitality.
