"Clean, well maintained chalet in grounds of owner's property, nice pool. Supermarket opposite, 5 minutes walk to interesting town with amenities. There is some traffic noise but not a problem and only occasional. Very easy base for visiting other attractions, wonderful swimming lake nearby."

"Ma compagne et moi avons passé un agréable, mais hélas malheureusement trop court, séjour chez Sylvain et Élisabeth. Ceux-ci ont su faire de leur propriété un havre de paix et de bonheur. Tout y est pour se sentir bien : petit déjeuner succulent, chalet tout équipé, piscine et terrain de pétanque, poules affectueuses... "Wir hatten tolle zwei Wochen in dem sehr schön gelegenen, liebenswert umgebauten authentischen Bauernhaus Nähe Rauzan. Der Pool war gut gewartet und sehr angenehm, das Haus ist großzügig mit viel Platz und viel Gelegenheit für Freizeitaktivitäten und künstlerischen Betätigungen. "Very clean pleasant gite offering a spot opposite it to rest. Nothing special to do in the closed surroundings apart canoë but great base to explore a little further: Dune de Pilat and bassin d’Arcachon, Bordeaux the oenologue tour is interesting including testings, Montbazillac and Saint Emilion without missing the historique part of Bergerac. Very good holidays week. The owner is very cheerful. "

"Spacious and comfortable throughout. Standard of cleanliness needed improvement. Only cursory instructions given for tv. Electricity was tripped about 10 times when oven was switched on. Useful laundry room, good shower with plenty of hot water. Could be wonderful with some improvements. We did enjoy our stay."
