If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation and still expect a perfect connection to the infrastructure of daily life, is in our Kramphult just right.
Kramphult Sjöåkra is located in the small hamlet of Aneboda near Lammhult, only about 40 km north of the provincial capital Växjö. Here you will find u. a. also the small airport, which is served by Ryanair also from Germany.

The name "Sjöåkra" already indicates that the house is located directly and only about 50 m from the lake. We have our own lake access and a boat dock, so that you can enjoy the water quite carefree and at any time of the day.

Our house was built in the fifties as a so-called "Skogstuga" and extended at the end of the seventies to a south-facing same-size extension with bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and a bathroom.
We have acquired this idyllic property in 2017, completely renovated from scratch and completely refurbished. A new bathroom, the new functional bright fitted kitchen of a Swedish furniture store as well as new top floors, electricity and a large terrace with lake view meet our high standards of a guest residence. All rooms are bright and typically Scandinavian.

The house is designed for an occupancy of 4 adults or families with up to 3 children optimally.

The house stands on an approx. 2. 500 square meter nature property with lake view from all rooms. Harvest your own blueberries and cranberries on the property and roam the open countryside.
A rowing boat, a canoe and a barbecue complete the recreational character of our house. You park your vehicle protected on the property.

Through the covered with veranda protected main entrance - where you can of course sit in warm evenings and the lake in mind - you get into the hallway of the house. To the right then you come in the master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, dresser, etc. The room is open to the pitched roof. Windows to the south and west side make the approximately 15 square meter spacious and bright. In addition to the double bed under the roof is a small sleeping loft for two more bedrooms. If required, we provide you with a travel cot, of course, free of charge.

Now you go back into the hallway and get to the right hand in the completely redesigned and renovated bathroom. Here we have built a bright and modern shower room with toilet and vanity. The window to the back of the house gives additional daylight.

Next to the bathroom and also from the hall to enter, lies the small but functional kitchen. The white country kitchen is equipped with induction hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and refrigerator and plenty of work space. The design of the walls corresponds to the typical Swedish interior and thus fits very nicely to the house. The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and furnishings (such as Toaster, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). Through the kitchen you get to the typical Swedish back entrance and exit. So you can easily bring your purchases directly on the way into the house and has access to the terrace and outbuildings.
At the back entrance is on the left the small outbuilding, where u. a. Also the washing machine, a freezer, the sauna and a filleting table made of stainless steel are housed for the processing of your fishing.

To the left of the main entrance you enter the approx. 18 sqm living-dining room. Here are the cozy sofa with armchair and coffee table on the right. On the left side of the window overlooking the lake is the dining area. Flat TV with German. Programs, Wi-Fi connection and the open fireplace complete the comfortable facilities. Seating for five people is provided. The original wooden floor has been reconditioned.

Following this living-dining room you enter the second bright bedroom. Equipped with double bed (2.00 x 1.60 m), chest of drawers and cupboard - and of course lake view.

All rooms can be heated with electrical elements, in the living room with open fireplace.
All furniture and furnishings have been purchased in 2017/18.


Outside:
Here you will find sufficient terrace and garden furniture for relaxation. Large table, umbrella and loungers, barbecue and clothes dryer. Furthermore, the small rowing boat 3.90 m for fishing and exploring the lake. On request, a small four-stroke engine or a canoe can be rented. If required and subject to availability, larger fishing boats "Type Linder Fishing 440" with 4 hp four-stroke and appropriate equipment can be rented. These are very useful for our angler guests in the first place. For details see details and by appointment. The deposit for a boat engine is € 200,00.

Entertainment:
TV (flat screen TV), satellite system with German channels, radio / CD player, many children and board games, books, thrillers and magazines, DVD player, Internet connection.

Others:
Pets are not allowed, Non smoking house, charges to be paid locally: 3 SEK per kw / h electricity (experience in the summer about 30 € per week for 4 people) - payable at SEK. For compulsory final cleaning we charge 1.000 SEK.

Services and information:
The transfer and acceptance of the house are made by us personally. If necessary, we are also personally available on site for questions and problem solutions during your stay. You can also rent bed linen or towels for a small fee.

The payment of additional services and additional costs can be made cashless on site.
