"The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Room Comfort: Unfortunately, the comfort level was lacking. Extra pillows are available, but at an additional cost of P20 per pillow per night. Instead of a proper blanket, only a thin sheet of cloth was provided, which left me freezing during the night."

"The hotel is very nice, parking was available, staff was friendly, room was clean and I felt safe. Hotel is walking distance to the party venue. Breakfast was included, with custom omelet, local mango juice & fresh fruits."

"Fix the elevator in Tower 2. It closes very fast , I don't think the safety work's on the doors. I complained about it in 2019 and 2022 and it's still the same in 2024"

"Staff were unorganized. No elevator working. The rooms were in terrible condition. Cockroaches everywhere. Dirty towel on the floor. Sink faucet water goes everywhere. Shower head needs to be cleaned ."
