"What to say! This was a last minute booking which totally changed the feel of our trip. A haven of peace and tranquility. Such welcoming friendly staff and owners. Very helpful on the accommodation front. We could not have asked for more. Half an hour'ish walk to the beach through the wetlands or taxis to go further. A very peaceful safe area. "We stayed on the last day of the season and were the only guests. Omar met us and there was also a cook and cleaning lady Adele who were very friendly and helpful. Due to an error by Hotels.com not knowing the lodge had new owners our payment had been sent to the previous owners - we are taking this up with Hotels.com as phone number also wrong but given new owners phone numbers.
