The three rooms, bedroom, lounge and bathroom were spotless. The location was 10 minutes from train station and close to main street. There were breakfast coupons included for you to go to one of the cafes for coffee and crossant. There were 2 tvs and aircon.. everything worked well. Emailed owner re arrival time and he was there to meet us. Nice man although limited english my partner understood Italian). Lovely place to stay

Great guest house in the old part of Lamezia
Overall a great place to stay for one night. This is a guest house rather than a hotel, so there is no front desk. We did not receive good instructions on how to get into the building. However, after we arrived, we were able to contact the host and he arrived promptly. He also helped with questions and problems. I am sorry that I did not get his name.

Der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich, Das Bad ist riesig. Man erhält einen Gutschein für ein kleines Frühstück in einem Cafe.

Отель прекрасный для посещения! Дизайнерский интерьер, новая мебель, две плазмы , большая кровать, прекрасное белье, звукоизоляция прекрасна, не слышно соседей, месторасположение отличное, рядом улица бутиков и ресторанов. Холодильник с комплиментов от отеля внутри, чайник и чайный набор, полотенец в достатке, смена и уборка каждый день. Отдельное огромное спасибо хозяину отеля за радушный приём !!! Всем советую остановиться в этом отеле!
