Independent, private, with parking; very close to all transport routes, major cities and tourist resorts. You will be as comfortable as at home!

Accommodation on the second floor, appreciated for its brightness, spaciousness, elegance, efficiency and functionality. Superior quality furnishings and fittings. Large Window/Balcony with curtain and mosquito net (security lock) - Air conditioning (automatic) - Fast Wi-Fi - Smart TV 32" - Door with key lock - Drinking water point. Day/Night Rooms: complete kitchenette, with peninsula, stools, refrigerator/icebox, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, table/chairs, iron and ironing board, tools and accessories for the house and for cleaning, covered terrace, furnished and equipped, wires for hanging laundry. Double bed, with high reinforced mattress and anti-mite mattress cover, fresh cotton linen, large closet, mirror, space for cot/additional beds, use of armored closet (on request). Private bathroom: windowed, full equipment, shower, large bathtub, illuminated mirror, hair dryer and personal hygiene products.

FREE PARKING (unattended) in a private, fenced and lit courtyard.
SHUTTLE SERVICE available by prior arrangement and at an additional cost: transfers to/from the airport, train station or other points of arrival/departure in the city. The shuttle service can be available, again by prior arrangement and at an additional cost, for all kinds of transfers in the region. We guarantee punctuality and safety
The accomosation is located 2 km from the sea and 5 minutes from the international airport, central railway station, highway junction A2 Lamezia Terme, long-distance bus lines, city bus stops, taxicab stations and car rental. Many other beaches are accessible in 10/15 minutes, all with availability of ample parking. Are easily reachable many wonderful places such as: Pizzo Calabro, Tropea, Soverato, Copanello, Amantea, Paola, Fiumefreddo Bruzio, Bagnara, Scilla, etc. You get to the center of Lamezia in 10 m; to Catanzaro in 30 m; to Cosenza in 45 m; to Reggio Calabria in 60 m. (we are available to suggest itineraries).

Guests are allowed access (as well as, of course, to the flat) to the common areas: corridor, staircase, patio in front of the facility's main entrance and private courtyard, where a parking space is always reserved, free of charge, for guests travelling independently with their own vehicles.

Maximum attention to cleaning: sanitation and hygiene of all surfaces and all private and common areas.
Possibility of additional bed or cradle (for a total of 3 places add.).
We communicate and interact with education and cordiality with all guests and we want to offer them maximum comfort and serenity of stay.

Die Unterkunft ist schön groß und besitzt alles was man in einer Ferienwohnung benötigt. Durch den angrenzenden Verkehr ist die Umgebung selbstredend nicht zum tagtäglichen Verweilen gedacht, dafür aber ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge aufgrund des naheliegenden Hauptbahnhofs und natürlich eine optimale Zwischenübernachtung für Flugreisende. Die Unterkunft ist in live schöner als auf den Bildern. Pasquale ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der uns auf Getränke eingeladen hat und uns einmal sogar kurzerhand zum Bahnhof gefahren hat, sodass wir nicht laufen mussten.
