"This villa is magnificent! The property is even more impressive in person than the photos (which are wonderful). The villa was very clean and everything (kitchen appliances, A/C, TV, pool etc.) worked perfectly. Complete privacy due to the extensive landscaping. The location is very good. A very short drive down the hill to Sainte Anne. A car is necessary. The only problem we had was initially finding the property. The "road" on which it is located is not well marked. A suggestion would be for...

"Un merveilleux séjour entre amis. Cette villa est parfaite. Très grande, avec son côté champêtre, accueillante, beaucoup d'équipements, située dans la marina près des restaurants et épiceries à distance de marche. La terrasse ouverte sur la piscine et marina, quelle vue magnifique, sans oublier son lever du soleil , sublime avec les voiliers en avant plan. Endroit calme et très reposant. 11 jours beaucoup trop court! Merci à nos hôtes, Francois et Raïssa très sympathiques et disponibles...

"The unit was great, the wives were happy to have a two washing machines for use, but had to use the traditional methods for drying our cloths, which is fine. Great area, close to everything needed, surf beaches, or calmer beaches. Bring your own towels though, the ones provided are not enough and have an awkward mold like odor to them. Beautiful grounds, spacious for pets to run around, felt safe. The only other odd thing was that the Master unit did not have a toilet, so we had to go out to the...

"Ce logement est bien spacieux ,très bien situé pour découvrir Basse Terre. Il est situé à côté de la superbe plage de Malendure et à proximité des ilets pigeon, de la route de la traversée ce qui permet de bien rayonner en voiture. Notre fils a passé pas mal de temps dans le hamac de ma terrasse exterieure bien agréable pour les repas. Les chambres sont climatisées .L'accueil d'Huguette et de son mari a été chaleureux. Des fruits,du lait nous attendaient ."

"The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others."

"We (two families of 9) had an incredible 2 weeks stay. The owners, Helene and Pascal, could not have been nicer or more helpful (they were in a small bungalow next door so available if needed but never in the way). We used the outdoor kitchen exclusively and lived around the pool or in the ocean. The floating dock and last section of stairs had been ripped out by a storm, but a temporary ladder was available and worked fine, although we did miss the floating dock. Its about a 25 minute drive...

"We enjoyed a very restful vacation at the Villa Ponm Kann 'L in Deshaies. The view was lovely. The house was very clean and well equipped. The covered deck was an added bonus as unfortunately we had rain almost everyday but we were able to be outside with out getting wet. Easy walk to the bakery. We felt very safe and quiet in the neighborhood. A car is required to get groceries and go to the beaches and other activities. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to return."
