On a quiet street 2 min from the beach, 2 minute walk to the main strip with all the entertainment needed. Bars, restaurants, shopping, mini-golf , kayaking, skating, boating, hiking, golf course.

Guest can request cold water bottles for additional charge prior to check in
Please note the list for amenities , is either in the cottage or near by for example kayaking, gaming, golfing, boating etc.. near by.

House has outdoor hot shower, use to wash off sand or to enter hot tub.
2 balcony in the bedrooms to enjoy your morning tea and watch the birds.

Broken House Rules:
* Must be age of 25+ to book property = $ 500
* smoking/vaping = $200
* Unapproved pets= $300
* pet feces in yard = $100
* late check out = $100
* cigarettes butts on property cleaning $100
* Additional cleaning (sand in the home or hot tub) = $100/h
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Additional guests = $100/per day
* Not following hot tub rules (smoking, swimsuits) where water has to be changed = $250
* Noise complaints after 11pm fines = $100. * all guests on property must be declared before check in or guest service fee applies due to safety and insurance purposes.

Entire house. Mature Guests only age 25+ or families with small children. Keyless entry. Door code will be provided 1 day prior to your arrival. Driveway parks 4 cars and 2 additional spaces can be provided for additional fee of $50.
