"Lovely place to stay as a central base in Dorset, clean and well-appointed with clear instructions for optimum use of the cottage and area. Granted we stayed in February but I'd take some slippers next time as the floor is cold but the water was hot, shower was great and bed was very comfy. No communication with hosts whilst we were there but we didn't intitiate as we were out all day but I'm sure they'd be quick to respond to any issues as communication prior to this was very easy. "The property is in a stunning location and is well maintained. However there was a lot of dust behind the TV and you know the places that are harder to access so it could do with a deep clean. In addition the number of plates cups sources provided his only enough for one per person which means that we had to wash up or put the dishwasher on and wait for this to finish before our next meal. This was limiting in what we could do in the kitchen and limited our days options."

"What a wonderful home to stay in. This is just the most cozy, warm, cottage imaginable. It lacks for nothing. The house is on a lovely farm with great walking areas. Pete and Bev are superb hosts, and were happy to offer whatever we might need, while not being at all intrusive. We visit family in Dorset often, and shall definitely hope to stay in this delightful spot again. We cannot think of anything negative to mention!"

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "
