The staff were exceptional; warm, friendly, and attentive, with lovely personal touches like a handwritten note from housekeeping. And the food? Divine. Arriving late, I treated myself to a mouth watering bread and butter pudding in my room - the perfect sweet ending to a long day. I'm a particular about breakfast, and my eggs were spot on.
