"This house was great for what we needed (group of girlfriends getting together). We loved the sunroom on the first floor and even got to sit outside in the gorgeous garden. The location is perfect and there is heaps of space. My only comment is that the bathrooms probably need a bit of updating, but apart from that would definitely recommend."

"Great place for family reunion. The Priory Barn is a great house with everything you need to spend an amazing time in Kent. Ideally located with short drive from Gatwick Airport. Melanie has been really helpful for the check-in and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. We will be back!"

"Great house to stay in with a large group. If you are looking for privacy from family (Honeymoon) this isn't the right place as you can hear everything. However we had a blast and the property is just amazing. We had an issue with one of the showers leaking but thw host was right on it and swnt a plumber asap to try and fix the problem. They were great with communication throughout our entire stay. 10/10 would recommend and stay again. "

"We stayed 3 nights at Zanzibar, for our lab retreat - 16 (neuro)scientists from London who were looking for a nice place to hang out, cook, drink, bind and talk science. Zanzibar did not disappoint! it's an amazing place to chill and have fun. Kitchen is fully equipped, rooms are set tastefully and beautifully, the common area has plenty of space to cozy up in big or small groups, and hot tup was a bonus. Location is great too -- short walk to the train station, a pleasant walk to hiking paths...

"The property was nice and clean and as advertised. What made the experience very special for my wife and I was the interaction with the property owner Nick and his partner as well as his family. They were kind enough to arrange for us to have a chef cook for us all three nights of our stay which was wonderful. "Good convenient location. Clean well appointed rooms. Staff welcoming and very helpful. Only issue is the room on the 2nd floor was unbearably warm and there was no way to manually control it. The staff provided a floor fan on our second night and moved us to an upper floor day 3 and 4. I would stay again but request a higher floor. "

"We had to book at the last minute due to an emergency family vist in the area,Tracey who greeted us on a late arrival was very friendly and went out of her way to get us some food as the kitchen was closed when we arrived,it was much appreciated.lovely grounds to sit in on the outside and in.we had a dinner the next evening at Mickys dinner just 10 min up the road wich was recommended to us,nice friendly staff and nice food."
