Ballads, beaches, fishing, boat trips, sailing, horse riding, swimming pool, cinema, restaurants, all these activities are accessible in less than a quarter of an hour.

Agréable séjour en Côte d’Armor
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette charmante maison en bois, avec terrasse ensoleillée et jardin accueillant. Les animaux étant acceptés, nos deux chats ont pu nous accompagner. La maison est à proximité de nombreuses activités (Haras nationaux, plages, sentiers côtiers). Pour les amateurs•trices de balades, des chemins de randonnées sont accessibles depuis la location (Landes des potiers, forêt). Enfin, notre hôte était disponible et à l’écoute de nos besoins. Nous recommandons cette location !

Un havre de paix dans les Côtes d'Armor
Emplacement vraiment au calme, on pourrait se croire seul au monde. La terrasse et la cour joliment arborée invitent à la détente. De nombreuses balades à proximité que notre petite chienne a particulièrement apprécié, tout comme nous. Intérieur de la maison cosy et chaleureux, on recommande vivement ! Enfin merci à notre hôte pour sa disponibilité.

Das Haus war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben! Ein super netter Vermieter war Vorort und für jegliche Fragen erreichbar. Das Haus war super sauber und sehr schön gelegen.Die Nachbarschaft war sehr nett und der Aufenthalt nietete für Insider perfekte Erholung. Ich kann den Ort undenkbar Vermieter nur empfehlen und werde sicher noch einmal dieses Domizil mieten wenn ich es darf. Vielen Dank !! Es war ein toller Urlaub in der für uns perfekten Umgebung !!!

Vacances tranquilles prêt de tous les plus beaux endroits !
Séjour magnifique bien qu'un peu pluvieux, mais l'accueil du propriétaire a été parfait : aimable, plein d'attentions et de conseils pour notre séjour. Nous avons dû décaler notre jour d'arrivée et notre hôte a été très compréhensif ! Très jolie maison en bois avec une belle salle d'eau et un terrain bien délimité avec une grande terrasse. Un vrai nid douillet avec un lit en 160 à l'étage et tout le nécessaire. Lidl à 1,5 km, Lamballe tout prêt et à 20 minutes de Erquy, Pleneuf Val André ; un peu moins d'une heure de Saint-Malo et Dinard...

Un sejour tres relaxant
Nous avons passe une tres belle semaine en famille dans cette maison tres agreable et "cosy". Tres bien situee entre Lamballe, cite de caractere et les belles plages a 15 mins. Mr Lemoine a ete tres accomodant, malgre la machine a laver qui ne marchait plus a l'arrivee, il a tres vite trouve une solution et l'a remplace sans tarder. Nous recommandons beaucoup cette location pour de belles vacances.

Nous avons passé un très agreable séjoue dans ce confortable chalet en bois. Très bon accueil. Nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin dans ce chalet bien équipé et spacieux. Terrasse très agreable avec mobilier de jardin et jardin clos. Très calme. Belle région à proximité des plages.

Une belle maison en bois
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans les environs de Lamballe. Le propriétaire est très accueillant, disponible et prévenant. Son souci de bien faire se ressent dans toute cette belle maison en bois qui est fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et entourée d'un beau terrain arboré. Si nous repassons dans les environs, nous n'hésiterons pas à y revenir !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison, le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables, le quartier est très calme. Cuisine équipée très fonctionnelle, cellier, lave-linge, barbecue, rien ne manque, les chambres sont spacieuses.

Very nice place for a holiday!
We have been here for a week in this nice wooden house. It is situated in a small town just outside Lamballe. The neighbourhood is very quit with lots op privacy. Jacky was een very hospital owner!

Un très bon séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette maison située au calme, dans un quartier résidentiel. La maison est idéalement située pour partir à la découverte de cette belle région qui ne nous laisse que l'embarras du choix (Dinan, St Malo, le Mont St Michel, la côte de granit rose, etc.). Elle dispose par ailleurs de tout le confort et de tout l'équipement que l'on peut souhaiter (y compris linge de maison, wifi, salon de jardin, etc.). Une belle terrasse et un grand jardin fleuri permettent également de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. Bref, rien à redire… on peut louer les yeux fermés !

Très agréable séjour en famille
Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette chaleureuse et conviviale maison en bois. Le grand jardin bien agencé et fleuri a fait le bonheur de notre petite fille de 18 mois et fut un cadre idéal pour les soirées barbecue en famille. La maison est un vrai havre de paix car elle est située dans un quartier calme. Le propriétaire nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d'attention.( Propreté des lieux, confort, équipement mis à disposition). Nous recommanderons cette location à nos proches car elle est un point de départ idéal pour visiter cette belle région de Bretagne. (à noter: plage facile d'accès à 15 min, proximité de la forêt, d'un plan d'eau pour des promenades agréables, les régalades de Lamballe tout l'été et ferme pédagogique pour les enfants).

Superbe maison en bois pour un séjour tranquille.
Le gîte est parfait pour passer de bonnes vacances. Wifi, draps et serviettes, l’équipement est plus que complet! Nous avons passer un très bon séjour en famille. Même notre petit chien était le bienvenu! Le propriétaire était au petits soins avec nous.
