They allowed for early check-in which was really helpful. We realized only after we arrived that the booking was done thru third party and not directly thru the hotel which was a little hassle to get the communication established. At the end everything worked out well. We booked this hotel for the rooftop swimming pool. Unfortunately, the pool was down for a few weeks for maintenance. And, the washer has problems. It looks like it was a known problem and we lost one night sleep by being awake to get that sorted out. The maintenance guy (MJ) was very helpful. But, he couldn't do much. We had to take the wet clothes with us when we checked-out.

"We were only here for one night and didn’t have high expectations but our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The service in the lounge/bar was not good. A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect ..."
