"This property is located underneath the Santa Hotel and as such you have access to their lovely swimming pool and restaurant. We found it suited our needs very well with just a couple of minor niggles. The washing machine appears shared with the other apartment, but this did not affect us at all. The front door opens onto the bedroom. The bathroom is huge, but with a tiny shower that did leak. We found the pillows were probably In need of replacing, but all the sheets and towels supplied were...

"This is a great property for a week or two - it has a fantastic terrace, and a well equipped kitchen. It also has its own parking space which is very handy. Very pleasant location out of town (15mins walk or so). Estelle is a very professional and communicative host."

"Très bel appartement, confortable, agréable, très propre, bien équipé, très bien situé pour profiter de Saint Florent. La climatisation: indispensable, la place de parking facilite les vacances! Échanges faciles avec Dominique et Sophie pour l’arrivée et le départ. Même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés , très agréable par message et au téléphone. Je recommande vivement !"

"L'appartement est dans le coeur de la vieille ville, il est spacieux et bien équipé. Vue mer magnifique en latéral. Nous aurions juste apprécié que dans l'qnnonce soit précisé que la place et les commerces sous l'appartement sont souvent très bruyants les soirs d'été (concerts de musique juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement), si nous avions eu des bébés, cela aurait été un probleme. De plus l'annonce ne precisait pas que le linge de toilette et les draps n'etaient pas compris."

"Es ist leider keine vollwertige Wohnung sondern lediglich ein 1-Zimmer-Studio-WG ohne ein richtiges Bett / Doppelbett. Die ausziehbare Couch war sehr unbequem genau so wie das aufklappbare Gästebett. Es ist nicht genug Stauraum für eine Familie vorhanden, wir mussten aus den Koffern leben. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr alt und runtergekommen, quietschende Türen, Holztreppe die knarrt genau wie die gesamte Holzdecke über der Wohnung.
