"I have already submitted a review however we appreciate the staff being very helpful and as I wrote professional and friendly. We stay at the Imperial Hotels where possible and admit that our favourite Imperial hotel is in Korat. We were looking to stay at the Imperial Hotel Hua Hin but unfortunately there is no room Nov 27-29! Thank you again and we will see again in the New Year 2025. "

"A pretty basic Japanese style hotel. Service is great. Security is also great as the only way to get upstairs to your room is through the reception. It's as good as it can get for a 3 stars hotel. Just don't expects any fancy facilities. You paid for a room and a room is all you're getting. The hotel is in a neighborhood so there's not much to do in the vicinity. Closest convenient store is a 10 minute walk. You will need a car or download Grab and call a taxi if you want to go anywhere. On the pro side it is a really nice neat quiet hotel with low pedestrian traffic and there's a lot of (outdoor) parking space for you. "
