"This is a beautiful property, except my room had no heat, and I was so cold at night, across the road with these barking dogs at night all night. When the sun came up, they were the kind of dogs that would stop barking. There was no place to sit in the sun or lay in the sun That was available or I was not told about, the breakfast was mostly Vietnamese food there was hardly any western foods except bread and bacon."

"The property is new and modern. It is great to have welcome check-in snacks and free afternoon tea. My parents like your hotel a lot and will be back soon. Staffs at the restaurant are very nice and friendly, except the one who check in for us who kept demanding me to sit down to check in. My family has already occupied all the chair and she kept insisting me to sit to proceed check in. I have to ask my husband to stand up, move out so I can sit for her to check us in. Next time, you should look the scenarios first and can ask us to come to the counter to check in with a nicer tone. "
