"Checking in was very difficult. Jose does not speak English. He never made himself available to let us in the building. We were let in by another guest staying in a different apartment. "A very well-equipped, stylish and comfortable apartment with flexible space to relax, eat, sleep and work. Although we spent a lot of time exploring, it was also fun to have the large-screen television and Netflix for quieter evenings in. The shower is very luxurious! We really appreciated the warm welcome and prompt communications from the owners too. The flat is close to nice parks and useful shops, and a short walk from the centre of town."

"This is such a lovely property, in the most tranquil and beautiful of locations. Elena has become a friend to us, and was so attentive and kind during our stay - she really wants to do everything she can to make your visit a success. "The apartment was perfect for our stay. Owners met us at the door and provided a tour of the apartment features. We loved the warm touches that made it feel like home. It was also well located for walking to sites. The owners were so kind. Provided some yummy breakfast muffins, bottled water and cold beer. Check in and check out were easy. Would stay there again the next time we are in Santiago."
