Our stay was tremendously disappointing. First of all, I booked 2 rooms each one having double beds through Expedia and when I arrived, the employee gave me my keys but didn’t tell me anything about my rooms. So we when got into the rooms, it was a room with 2 double beds and then a room with one king. When I confronted the employee to get the correct room I paid for and reserved through Expedia, they said it’s one adult and one kid in a bed. They do not get to dictate who sleeps where and there was no helping with this accommodation. Then, the sheets were disgusting. The claim was hard water stains, but this was more than that. Drool stains, and the sheets horribly discolored. I went down to get fresh sheets just for peace of mind to know they were clean, and I was asked me to bring the dirty sheets back down. I said, can you actually please have someone come put the sheets on my beds? I should not have to do this at 9:00 at night. But I was told no because they didn’t have housekeeping there. I also asked for some sort of refund or discount for this highly dissatisfying experience and was told they couldn’t unless we left and went somewhere else. 9 at night with 4 kids after driving for 14 hours. It was a huge disappointment and very frustrating.
