"I took my family to Pinetop for a quick getaway and to go skiing. The location of this property was great. Close to all the restaurants and also in walking distance to Rainbow Lake. The home was fully stocked w/ everything we needed to cook meals. We came back from a long day of skiing, put some burgers on the grill, put the fire on, and relaxed and watched a movie. The house was clean and communicating w/ the owner was great. The backyard was large and great for our dog. This was a great stay for my family and and we are happy to recommend this property to anyone! "

"Well equiped and clean property. Super pet friendly with lovely deck, view and access to lake. Close to everything and yet far enough from the road. Plenty of games and huge yard for dogs. Kitchen equiped sufficiently for quick meals. Beds big and comfortable. Overall well worth the price"

"My wife and I arrived on Christmas afternoon. Getting into the cabin was easy since Ron had provided the pin for the front door in a detailed check-in text message. Everything in the cabin was as expected and described in the original listing. We were prepared for a smaller kitchen and had no issues preparing meals during the four days. When I pointed out that multiple light bulbs outside the house needed to be replaced, Ron responded quickly. His handyman took care of everything the next day. The location next to the lake is great, and the cabin is not too far from restaurants and bars. "
