Fully furnished with all the amenities of home. Cable tv,deck and Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, full kitchen , bedding and more. (No Fireplace) Located in town in a private subdivision. Close to all your fishing, hiking, shopping, casino and only 25 minutes to Sunrise. Nicely treed big lot for privacy. Walking paths and walking distance to movie theater, Pinetop Brewery and stores in Lakeside. DUE TO MODERATE CLIMATE IN THIS AREA, THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE A/C.Like most homes/cabins in the area they do not have air conditioning. It can accomodate 4 adults Max and 1 small toddler to sleep comfortable. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RENTALS EXCEPT HOLIDAYS WHICH REQUIRE A 3 NIGHT

Winter Wonderland!
We were longing to see snow- got 2 feet of fresh snow! Cabin was very cozy! Owners were extremely helpful in making our stay a good experience. Will definitely stay there again.

Great time!
Best place ever! Didn't need a thing. Everything was there with a great atmosphere. Far exceeded our expectations! The icing on the cake was it snowed while we were there, very beautiful! Looking forward to going again next year.

Our family had a great stay at this property! The cabin is adorable. Great location and very nice area. The communication and customer service from Diana was very professional and informative. The cabin is small, but it fit our family of 4 perfectly. We are definitely going to make this cabin our go to place when visiting Pine-top!

Quaint Cabin in Prime Location
I’ve traveled to the White Mountains for the past 10+ years, I have passed by Lakeside Summer Homes 100’s of times and never knew this existed. Nestled in Tall Pines if you didn’t know better you would think you’re deep in the forest - when you’re actually a short distance to the Safeway in Pinetop and all the bars and restaurants therein. Very much enjoyed our stay here.

Great hosts and great location
Beautiful scenery, amazing location it's just off of White Mountain Blvd but can't even tell you are by the road and peaceful. Inside was visually pleasing with all of the decor and felt very homey. Beautiful property with some wildlife including squirrels, birds and we even saw a buck. The hosts were very attentive and made sure we had everything and that we were happy with the accommodations. They were very communicative and in contact if we needed anything. 10/10 would recommend and we definitley see us staying here again in the near future.

Very cozy, enjoyed my getaway! Only thing was we found a dead mouse in a sticky trap underneath the couch, we found it when turning couch into bed, don’t know how long it was there, other than that, it was great

Cozy Wonderful Cabin
We stayed five nights here. We even made Thanksgiving dinner with Turkey and everything. The kitchen is a bit small but fully stocked so we made it work. Didn’t have any major issues and Diana was super responsive to all communication from start to finish. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks for sharing Diana.

Beautiful, cozy cabin.
We really enjoyed our stay in Diana’s lovely cabin! It is welcoming, very comfortable. Our grandson was very disappointed about the missing swing, but he had a great time playing in the tall pines and watching the squirrels run about. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us, Diana! Phil, Lisa & Gabe

Cozy cabin. Deer walked through the property. Nice neighborhood for walks. Close to stores, restaurants, and shopping. Owner is very quick to return emails. Would definitely return to this property. The only thing not provided was snow, however the super moon was a bonus.

2nd alternative might become 1st
My fishing buddy and I have been coming to the area twice a year for several years. This year our usual place was booked. I found this place on Vrbo and it was amazing. It is well kept and the furnishings and decorating is excellent. It was warm without A/C, but we were mostly in the cabin at night, which was cooler. Nice to have a BBQ and all the utensils we needed. If it is available, we'll be back.

A great escape from the summer heat!
Lots of comfort is packed into this little cabin, with two bedrooms, the bathroom, kitchen, big living area, enclosed sitting porch, front porch, and side deck with a gas grill, table, chairs, and umbrella. Grilling and eating outside was a treat as the temperature and mountain breezes were very enjoyable. It is convenient to many restaurants, and to the lakes around the Lakeside area. We had all the comforts of home in a much cooler place than ours this June. Diana stays right on top of things responding quickly to any communication. We highly recommend Moreno Cabin!

White Mountain vacation at Brown Bear Cabin
We had the pleasure of staying at Brown Bear cabin in Lakeside/Pinetop for the entire month of August 2016. What a great place to visit to escape the summer heat! Brown Bear cabin is located in a small development in the heart of Lakeside. The 60 cabins (houses) are located on large, private lots amidst the towering Ponderosa pines and diminutive oak trees. The circular road in the community is just over a mile long and is a nice place to walk the dog or walk yourself! You will see a variety of wildlife including deer and ravens. The cabin itself is clean, comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is small but fully functional and you can increase space by using the BBQ on the side deck. The deck is a great space for reading, relaxing, or enjoying company. The cabin is fully equipped so all you need to bring is yourself! The location is awesome. Close to grocery stores, a variety of restaurants, and a movie theater. Everything you need is literally 10 minutes away or less. Outdoor activities of all kinds are at your doorstep. Whether you are a skier, golfer, hiker or just want to hang out, this is a perfect place for you. Best of all, Diana, the owner of Brown Bear cabin, is very responsive to email or telephone calls. She wants your stay to be a pleasant one. We definitly plan on staying here again.

Peaceful Little Cabin
My husband and I enjoyed our tome in this sweet quiet coxy cabin. Perfect location to enjoy all of Pinetop and the surrounding areas and such a peaceful quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

Cabin Life
Diana was a wonderful host, communicating well with us, making sure we were comfortable. This is definitely a cozy cabin, don't expect a big, shiny house with all the amenities of a resort. Instead, be prepared for limited space, tiny bedrooms, and washing dishes by hand. Then, enjoy the back deck, under the umbrella, watching the woodpeckers in the pines, and the deer wandering through the yard. For me, it was the perfect place to get away from the busyness (and heat) of Phoenix. Our only complaint was that the White Mountain Highway is just about 100 yards through the pines and we could hear the busy traffic all day and late into the evenings. Other than that, it was a great get-away!
