Booking Requirements:
1. Bookers are expected to treat our property and the surrounding properties with respect and care.
2. This vacation home is not to be used for irresponsible party gatherings. All special events (e.g., weddings) must receive prior approval from the host and owner before booking.
3. The primary booker must be at least 25 years of age.
4. You and your group must thoroughly read, understand, and agree to our house rules.
5. Guests will be responsible for any damages to the property and any additional cleaning costs if the property is left in a significantly unclean condition.
6. The host or owner reserves the right to request additional identification (e.g., government-issued ID) from the primary booker after the booking is made. You must agree to provide such identification upon request.
7. If the primary booker’s identification does not match the provided photo ID at check-in, the host or owner may deny entry. In such cases, the rental fee will not be refunded.
8. If any house rules are violated, the rental fee will not be refunded, and the group will be evicted immediately.

Great spot, beds are super comfortable. Very clean. Could use a few more linen: towels, facecloths, dishcloths, etc.
