Captivating Flathead Lake Views 6 bd 3.5 bath

Big groups or small, come one and all. This house is set up and ready for you. It has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths on the main floor and 3 bedrooms 1 bath downstairs, both with incredible views. Open floor plan throughout allowing for some seperation between living and kitchen area. Drink your coffee or tea in the morning while enjoying the sunrise from the nook area or take it on the deck. The deck is equipped with an awning offering even more protection to the patio & hot tub below. The perfect place to call home while your here. Private yet close to Blacktail Ski Resort, Whitefish Ski Resort aka Big Mountain, Glacier National Park and of course Flathead Lake which is within walking distance to the brand new Volunteer Park. There is a boat launch in Lakeside & Somers but if you prefer a quieter place where you can also drop anchor and explore West Shore State Park is fantastic and from there Wild Horse Island is just a quick boat ride away. You are also just a short drive away from hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, snow shoeing, shopping and so much more. After a long day you can look forward to a relaxing soak in the hot tub while taking in the views.

+In the winter months when we have ice and snow, the driveway is plowed but it is still important to have atleast all season tires on your vehicle. The driveway is paved but steep and unavoidably slick in places.+

Our family all had a great time at a gathering of our children and their families to celebrate our 50th Anniversary. Misty was extremely welcoming and helpful and provided a box of goodies that we really enjoyed.House is beautiful, superclean, has everything we needed to cook meals there - and the location is fabulous. The views from the deck and out the windows are magnificent. Beyond our expectations and worth every penny.

We were here to celebrate our 50th anniversary with our children and grandchildren. Your home was very comfortable, and the deck outside and hot tub were a delight. We made many good memories and hope to return some day.

We enjoyed our stay! The view is gorgeous and the fenced yard was great for our small dog. The hot tub was relaxing and the house had most of what we needed. Bring toiletries. The host left us a great s’mores set which we enjoyed putting to use. Thanks for the stay!

A large enough space for four families to be comfortable yet plenty of communal space for gathering. The view is incredible. The kitchen had everything we needed, including large pots and serving bowls to serve the crowd. Highly recommend this place!

The view of the sunrise over the lake from the bedroom was breathtakingly beautiful! The home was clean and comfortable. The yard was beautifully landscaped and maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub. Check in and check out were simple. Hostess was easy to communicate with and helpful.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful place. My husband and I graduated from U of M back in the 80s- our dream was to bring our girls plus their families to explore Montana. This house was perfect- spacious and welcoming. Close to Glacier and other attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responded quickly with answers to my questions. Lakeside family retreat
This is a beautiful property overlooking Flathead Lake. It is clean and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cookware. The house provides room to be together, but is also spacious enough for those times when you might want to be apart. We really enjoyed the deck and the firepit. The views from the breakfast nook and the deck were a delightful place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or a relaxing place to read in the afternoon. Misty is an excellent host.

The home was very clean with a well-stocked kitchen, linens, and bedding. It was comfortable and welcoming! The view from the deck & breakfast nook of the sunrise over the lake with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. A binder with pertinent information was available for us to read through. Just like home
sisters and spouses and daughter and spouse stayed with husband and myself for a week. Everybody did their own thing, with the house being "camp". The family spent most days out on the deck from morning til night-coffee int he morning, afternoons under the awning having drinks and playing games. We enjoyed the house so much. We tend to cook a lot and this house had everything. Super comfortable beds, views were stunning, owner answered all kinds of questions promptly. Would definitely go back again.

Unforgettable summer family vacation property!
Our family stayed here for 5 nights in July. It was our first time visiting Montana and our main goal was visiting Glacier NP. We also wanted to stay somewhere with more of a local Montana feel, we loved the idea of Flathead lake, and because we had an infant with us, we also loved being near Kalispell with the bigger stores in case we needed anything. This home was everything we could have asked for and MORE! Our communication with the host before our trip was excellent! The home was immaculate and the hosts had so many little extras that just made our arrival so special. The views were stunning! The kids loved the yard and the games!! We would come back here every summer!!!

Exceptionally clean with beautiful views!
We choose Misty’s place and it turned out to be perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The house is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, books/board games, comfy beds with linens, and plenty of bath towels. The views of the lake (pictures don’t do it justice) were enjoyed by all, including the amazing hot tubs with it’s strong jets (enjoyed after a long day of hiking and exploring beautiful Montana). We also appreciated the cleanliness of the property, it’s clear the owners care about its condition and maintenance. Don’t hesitate to choose this property, we will certainly be back!

Perfection
This place was absolutely perfect. The property had deer and bunnies that would stop through most days. It was close enough to town (lovely park two minutes away from the house with lake access for swimming) but had privacy. Just a few hours drive to East Glacier and even less to West Glacier. The yard was well maintained, fenced and provided enough room for the kids to play. The house was well supplied too. Misty was wonderful and very responsive with all our questions. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing views on top of a private mountain
My wife and I organized a family get together for her family and then mine. We split our time in half and had an amazing vacation. The house was so clean comfortable and they thought of everything to make your stay so much more then just a room somewhere. Misty and her Husband are so friendly and take care of anything that may arise. By far the best VRBO experience or really any type of accommodation experience ever. You will not be disappointed here. I’m sad to go home.

BETTER LAKE/MOUNTAIN VIEWS THAN EXPECTED!
Hello! This house was a great vacation getaway! Loved it. Plenty of room (there were only 3 of us) so LOTS of space. But the best part of this property was the VIEW OF FLATHEAD LAKE AND BACKDROP MOUNTAINS than I ever expected!! It made the stay in this house worthwhile just for that view. Really incredible and even better than the website shows. Trust me! Misty, the host, was the best person I have ever had the privilege of working with in any rental home that I have been in: kind, courteous, professional, and always there for you. I would highly recommend this house for your next Western Montana getaway. It was wonderful! Thank you, Misty!

My family once again thoroughly enjoyed their stay at this Lakeside property 9-12-2024 through 9-15-2024. This was our second time to stay here. We had family members from Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Minnesota. Our only reason for not returning next year is to find a place that is closer for the older siblings who live on the west coast. Misty was once again very easy to communicate/connect with and that was greatly appreciated. The property is cozy, inviting, and clean. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
