"Easy "

"I rented this house for a family reunion, to house wife and I and my 2 brothers and a nephew. The house was large enough to accommodate all of easily, though we all stayed outside most of the time. The amenities it comes with made it so that we didn't have to pick up much to make us all comfortable. The water next to house didn't have any gators, good or bad is up to the renter but I was hoping to see some. The negatives were, the a/c wasn't working for the first few days we were there. When the interior temperature rose above 80 I finally called the manager and the next morning they had that fixed. Oh, the house phone doesn't work. I used it to call the manager but they couldn't hear me. Same thing when calling for Manatee tours, so don't rely on the house phone. I had to pay extra for the pool to be heated. The pool seemed to be warm but I don't think it was above ambient temperature, but it was comfortable enough so I didn't care. The hot tub however only worked 3 of 7 days, and only for a few hours on those days. The one day I needed it, when my parents were visiting, it wasn't on. I called the manager and left a message, a few minutes later the jets turned on, but didn't heat up for two more days. So, the house is nice, the surrounding area was beautiful and overall it was a pleasant stay, but if the pool is a why you are choosing this house, I'd look elsewhere. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this nice big home with a huge lanai and attractive pool. Enjoyed being able to use the garage for vehicles also. Would definitely come back and recommend. "

"Everything we needed was there. Comfortable beds and furniture. Plenty of room for our party of nine. Fully equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The hot tub spa was the cherry on top, heating fast and offering plenty of room. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we hope to book this same property in February."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was exactly as described. We frequently stay in vrbos and this rental was very nice. There was plenty of space, modern updates, and beautiful live plants throughout the house. The pool was lovely. The neighborhood is very quiet"

"Was a nice stay the home was clean and the neighborhood is nice we enjoyed the pool a lot the listing says hot tub it does not have a hot tub which was a bummer after a long trip there a hot tub would have been nice to relax in and the host never emailed me 24hrs upon my arrival on instruction when we I arrived I had to email when I was almost there and ask other for code to get in but host did response when I emailed never for the internet to connect to the tvs for some reason so couldn’t watch tv at all but not a big deal as we didn’t travel with kids overall a good stay and enjoyed it would stay again"

"Big house with lots of room. Perfect location for visiting family in Inverness. Don’t miss the Hernando Fresh market for produce and meats before you go to Publix for other essentials."

"We were pleasantly surprised that the property we requested was apparently not available and that we had been upgraded. We chose the property originally because we have used your service twice before and were most pleased with the way things were handled, including check-in, check-out and contacting someone if we needed anything. Also, the variety of properties to choose from makes it easy for us to find what we are looking for in accommodations when we travel to the area. Although we don't use the golf courses, we appreciate the amenities that are provided."
