"I enjoyed my stay. The room was in an apartment complex, which I hadn't totally understood when I made the booking. However, the staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. I enjoyed my time here, even though the garbage chute for the apartment caught fire and I was evacuated from my room at 2:30 AM through a smoke filed hallway. That event did not significantly impact my stay, and I would recommend the facility!"

"This is an older property, but Aaron has made it comfortable and homey. My family all said the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. There was a slight cigarette smoke smell (likely from a previous tenant not respecting the policy), but it wasn’t overwhelming. We took our dog for walks, the immediate neighborhood seemed nice but the main streets seemed a bit rough.Netflix and games were a nice touch."

"The duplex is a little out dated, but very comfortable, and had more than enough amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and seemed very safe. We played catch outside several times, I even layed in the front yard our last night just relaxing and looking at the stars. My van doesn't lock and had absolutely no issues with parking on the street. My husband and son loved the work-out area in the basement. "I traveled with my teenage grandchildren to visit their cousin at Toledo University. We absolutely loved this industrial style loft apartment. They enjoyed the "escape room" vibe for finding and parking. It was spotlessly clean and quality furnishings which I very much appreciated. We could walk to restaurants and a Mud Hen game. Downtown parks are well worth the visit. Host was gracious and responsive."
