"A great cabin to stay at. The location of the cabin provides plenty of privacy. The king size bed is comfortable. The kitchen provides the basics that you need. The fridge is a bit smaller than the picture. The WiFi didn’t work but me and the wife didn’t come to the hill country for that. The hot tub was clean but we didn’t get a chance to use it. The same with the charcoal grill we didn’t get a chance to use it but it looked usable."

"I stayed in the Treehouse suite for a week in early September. Hosts Vicky and Micky were consummate hosts. The ranch was spacious with delightful critters and Micky was wonderful, taking me on a trail ride and gave me two horse riding lessons, as well as a tour of the bird sanctuary and farm animal encounter. The suite was just big enough for me and my dachshund (who had the time of her life exploring the grounds). It had everything I needed for a rustic country vacation. I only had one issue...

"Owner called and said the Vrbo had made a mistake and we did not get the cabin we had reserved on the website and that we were going to have to pay extra if we needed the extra bed. So our group of 11 became party of 7 because the other party could not afford the extra room. Where we were replaced was nice, but we were placed in separate cabins. My nephew is blind & made it difficult for him to join us when we united into one of the bigger house . The house was a trailer house and not the house...

"I can’t say enough great things about our stay here. The owners are so nice and the cabin was absolutely what we needed. Peace and quiet, they have everything you need for a family with kids. Pack and play, toys, kids book, playground, all the pots and pans, COLD AC, fire pit. We will be coming back many times! We went to sea world and the zoo, it’s close to everything but secluded. Beautiful night sky and El Chapparel was awesome, splurge for the margs!"

"This facility is so much bigger than I expected. The cabin we stayed in is not new by any means and they have newer and bigger ones but for what we paid it was an exceptional deal. If you have an RV or motor home I think it would be great for a weeks stay or longer. It was cool watching the deer at sunrise and sunset. Beautiful country for motorcycle riding."

"Great views, with many places to sit and watch the wildlife or the stars. Eclectic decor with lots of stained glass pieces. DVDs to watch if you're not interested in being outdoors. We enjoyed our time there. Ate in Pipe Creek, explored Bandera, and enjoyed browsing the nearby antique shops. The house has a secluded feel, but a Dollar General was conveniently close by when we realized we'd forgotten to pack a hair brush."
