MAIN HOUSE (Sleeps 11 guests):

Primary Suite (Upstairs):
Luxurious king-sized Tommy Bahama bed, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with hand-painted palm tree mural.

2nd Bedroom (Upstairs):
Spacious with two full beds, smart streaming TV, ample storage.

3rd & 4th Bedrooms (Upstairs):
Elegant 3rd bedroom with Thomasville king set, ensuite bathroom. Cozy 4th bedroom with trundle bed.

Living Room:
Exquisite space with luxurious sofa, velvet armchairs, stunning blue palm tree murals, antique crystal chandeliers, pine wood flooring.

Dining Room:
Two charming areas for eight and six guests, easy kitchen access.

Kitchen:
Fully-equipped with indoor and outdoor dining sets, cooking utensils, and appliances.

Entertainment area with pool table, dartboard, smart TV, direct pool deck access.

COTTAGE #1 (Sleeps 4):
Spacious apartment with well-equipped kitchen, queen platform bed, pull-out sofa, smart TV, tranquil courtyard.

COTTAGE #2 (Upstairs, Sleeps 3):
Light and airy with queen bed, bistro set, fully-equipped kitchen, upgraded bathroom.

COTTAGE #3 (Sleeps 2):
Secluded retreat with queen bed, kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, outdoor bistro set.

Outdoor Paradise:
Resort-style pool, gas grill, sun loungers, umbrellas, outdoor dining sets.

Extras:
Hair dryers, irons, space heaters, free on-site parking, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas.

Things to Note:

- Please book with an accurate guest count so you may be properly quoted.

- Upon booking, we require a copy of the booking guest’s driver’s license and a signed rental agreement.

-We have a minimum age requirement of 23 to be able to book the property.

Perfect
We came to this wonderful property to attend a family funeral. While the occasion was sad, our ability to be together in this home and enjoy all it has to offer made it ideal. Thank you so muxh.

Comfy and Clean
The property was extremely clean with all of the essentials provided for our 5 day stay. There was more than enough room for our group of 18 adults thanks to the space in the main house and 3 cottages. Everyone had their own private spaces but also could hang around the pool or dining room together. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We hope to come back some day.
