Unfortunately the property is in need of repair, the wallpaper and paint in the room was peeling. The mini fridge was broken and freaked when opened. They replaced it very promptly but the replacement also didn’t work and smelled awful. The staff were very professional and very kind.

We had a great time staying in Bally’s for the first time and will definitely be back! It was snowing a lot the whole time, but snow was cleaned right away and we could drive where we needed to. Pool and hot tub were such a good addition, we used it every day, kids loved it. Shopping and food is close by.

17.99 Ribby dinner special was not 17.99. It was 25.99 never got the discount. Wont be going to this hotel again. Also no locks the bathroom. Shower door wont stay closed. Front desk person was missing for about 20 min. With kids this place is very inconvenient!

my experience was quite disappointing. I encountered several issues that made my stay uncomfortable. Firstly, the behavior of some staff members was inappropriate and made me feel very uneasy. Professionalism is crucial in the hospitality industry, and I felt this was lacking during my visit. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The sheets had noticeable stains that appeared to be fresh, including what looked like blood and urine stains. This was extremely concerning and not what I expected from a hotel. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, but sadly, no one came to address the situation or offer a solution. I believe that the hotel should either ensure that linens are properly cleaned with bleach or replace them entirely if they are stained. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I hope the management takes these concerns seriously for future guests.

not all hotel charges were disclosed when I booked - so a $50 surprise there. when we checked in and got to our room - it had not been touched by maid service even though the front desk confirmed it had been cleaned. its a long walk to desk from rooms - so a little frustrating. Chair in room had cracked and broken vinyl - s- looking a little ragged. Base room price was great, Cierra was great, walk to event center was great.

This was the place I picked to stay at for my surprise engagement proposal to my future wife… so disappointed. We attempted to call down to the front desk and could never get someone to answer, so we were forced to come downstairs and track down staff to help us. We need more pillows so they said someone would bring them to our room and leave them on our bed if we were gone, came back to literally our pillows on the floor in front of our door!! Our room had to be changed due to no hot water in some of the areas of the hotel. What a nightmare.

On the first day we weren’t able to reach the front desk by phone to get extra pillows.. the towels were super hard. As if they were just old. The coffee machines in the room were not clean. Our fridge didn’t work. No microwaves… on our last night the fire alarm started going off for a solid 20 min, we never got an update. Check out was easy. Hotel definitely needs some upgrades.
