I didn’t like that I had to speak to A.I instead of a real person for anything I needed. I would have to re-word many of my message requests because A.I did not understand what I was asking for. The TV Remote hardly worked and all information about how to make the most of your stay was on the TV.

Had car trouble during stay and needed to extend by one night to get car fixed. Was told entire hotel was booked and no rooms available-on a Monday, with no special events. Booked room online immediately after being told this. New room-yes, had to change rooms- had loose carpeting in the middle of the room that could be a major trip hazard. Room and bathrooms were clean. One shower had trouble with hot water temp but hotel said they were doing work on water system that day. It was fine for what we needed but for the price it was just so-so.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!! We had to prepay our reservation. We got to check in and had to then pay a resort fee and deposit then they proceeded to tell us there were no rooms available after we have again prepaid for the room paid the resort fee and a deposit. They said there was no cleaning staff for the past four days so there was no rooms and they would call us if when we became available. We never received a call and never got our room. We had to find another hotel in the Tahoe area thank goodness we were able to find amazing room at the new Margaritaville hotel. When we went to dispute the charges since we were never received our room of course our hotel will not refund any of our money. Absolutely horrible business practices and on top of that the hotel was all dirty and the customer service was absolutely horrible. I can’t imagine how dirty our room would’ve been if we did ever get it. Such a fraudulent operation and horrible experience! Never again!!
