Walls are thin, heavy doors would slam, no control of the thermostat- we were very hot. The bathroom was tiny and we were not told of the parking charge, it was a daily charge. Limited food options

Was given the wrong side of the tower as requested and paid for. Would not relocate me. Had to get a down graded room. Call center customer service manager was rude and said I should sleep in the lobby if I didn’t like the noise. Had to make multiple requests for room cleaning even after told that the Rush Tower daily room cleaning was automatic.

This hotel was conveniently located across the way from our event attended. The staff was friendly and was always willing to help. The only complaint I had was room had a busted lightbulb to the entry and the AC was not working. The room was stuffy and was uncomfortable. We did call guest services and they brought up a portable fan.

The property itself was fine. No big issues there. The room we had however was not great. The floor had some kind of a 'drop down ' to it. 1 of the closet doors wouldn't open at all. There is a gap between the main door and the frame which let in plenty of light from the hallway. The bathroom was dirty and the blow dryer only blew on a Low setting. Finally, the water in the shower went from cold to scalding hot at random.

The reservation was miss leading by Expedia they charge me two times for the resort fee. There is no service in the hotel. The customer service was poor and there is no cleaning service to come and clean the room and take the trash out we had to do that by ourselves!

Hopefully after reno property will be much nicer. Pictures on wall tasteless. Steakhouse over priced for menu selection. Room spacious, but yellow foam around mattress was unbelievable. Staff was accommodating.
