"While it was comfortable and clean, it lacked soul. There was only ever a receptionist, who was helpful. The other staff were tradies or cleaners. There was no vending machine, bar or cafe on site. Look, it wasn't bad, just soulless."

"We loved our stay at the heart hotel. Firstly, we loved the location. Small walk to just about everything. Most tours pick up from behind the hotel. The staff were wonderful and kind (especially Dean). The only constructive feedback we have was in relation to the cleanliness - our room wasn’t properly cleaned (just a bed remake). This didn’t bother us too much though! Loved the stay thank you"

"Communication was excellent and felt very welcome upon arrival. Bathrooms need updating, bath is too high for middle aged with bad hips/knees to step into for shower. Great location and view. Very affordable."
