The 4-bed, 4-bath lakefront home on one of the best lots in the cove of Lake June was built in 2019 and offers everything you need for the perfect vacation. The home is over 2,700 sf under air and has a beautiful open floor plan with vinyl wood plank flooring throughout; all new appliances, furniture, and amenities; and a huge 50' x 15' screened patio with Jacuzzi hot tub - perfect for entertaining. This home also a beautiful backyard with a private boat house with large seating area under the roof and room to park your boat (boat lift not available but drive on jet ski docks are with notice), rope swing, 15' water trampoline, 3 paddle boards, private beach with tether ball, and a fire pit. Ping Pong table and indoor shuffleboard table also available for your enjoyment. Enjoy barbecuing, roasting s’mores, cooking in the kitchen and boating.

We absolutely loved staying here! 3 comfortable king size beds was great for the adults. Beautiful lake views from the kitchen, dining, living, screened porch areas. Really enjoyed the tree shaded chair deck, to watch the kids play on the sandy beach area, rope swing and water trampoline. Boat dock was roomy with nice seating for sitting in the shade or catching some sun. I thank Andrew for sharing his idyllic Lake Home with us! Great communication with him!

Simply the best!
The home is gorgeous and has every thing you need to enjoy a weekend at the lake. We relaxed on the sandy beach each day, made home cooked meals each night and played games before saying good night. The owners really thought of everything and I can’t think of a single item we needed or wished for that wasn’t available. Thanks Burrow Family!

What a great home and setting!
This home is beautiful and works perfectly for our Team staying in the area a couple times a year. Andrew is super attentive and has great communication. The home is big, open, spotlessly clean, it's perfect for us. And the yard and view is a substantial bonus.
