Fun newly refurbished house on water with boat house. Hot tub, pool table, bbq and games make for great family fun or launch pad for the serious fisherman. Boat ramp access. Open floor plan with views of the water. Lots of lawn for games. Relax on the dock for your morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lots of birds and nature around.
There is an enforced 10pm noise/music ordinance in Lake Placid.

Great place to stay
The property is exactly as pictured in the listing and has practically everything you may need for your stay. The host, Mark, was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to make sure our time in the house was perfect. We will definitely be back and tell our friends!
