We overall had a great time at this bungalow. Jeanine was very communicative. Pictures were accurate as portrayed online. The water/beach are where we hung out the most and it was very enjoyable.
Nice location on Lake June, just minutes from the boat ramp and local restaurants. House is nice for a weekend stay. It is a older home that has been refreshed. Property Manager was very communicative, no issues at all. Plan for the blind mosquitoes, not the properties fault just the area.

Appeal
The cottage was ok and fairly clean. Bathroom could have used a little more attention in cleaning. The front yard appeared to have new sod laid recently which was quite long and scattered with cow manure and could have been cleaned up and mowed. Back yard does not look as good in real life as the photos. The fire pit was loaded with tree clippings and branches which were also scattered around it blocking access to the beach area. When you pay this much for a vacation getaway you'd expect a little more attention to detail.
Any negativity came from our end. My gf ended up in a wreck about a week before our visit. She was with a broken ankle and in a boot. I'm a diabetic and had some blisters on my feet that ended up becoming sores. So any boating or water activities was out for us. However, we made the best of the situation and enjoyed our stay at this place. It was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. Quaint usually has negative connotations, but I think it describes the place perfectly. It's old Florida charm. Small, but workable.

The place is fine- the Host is NOT
This little cottage is a fine place to stay- it's relatively clean, save for the ant infestation, and the general Lake House smell and sandiness. The place is a bit overstuffed with nicknacks and furniture, but is also equipped with lots of board games, lake towels, and plenty to entertain family and friends.
Our problems only came after check out; the Host sent a wildly aggressive message, accusing us of everything from rearranging the furniture in the house (we NEVER moved any of the furniture in the house), to theft of spices and kitchen items (I cannot express how wildly laughable the concept of our family lifting items from this place). The messaging didn't stop at one email- it has continued over the span of three days, multiple emails ranting about untruths. The bottom line seems to be that the host does not have eyes on the property on a regular basis, and has little to no idea what happens from one guest to the next, nor the condition of the place, or the neighbor's behavior on the property. Regardless, my advice is to rent at your own risk- it may be a fine time during your stay, but the bizarre harassment to follow, does not make it worthwhile.
