There is also a fully stocked kitchen, dining table for and 4 stools at the breakfast bar, washer and dryer, gas grill, and a private patio with awning.

Located within the prestigious Regatta Bay Condo Complex, conveniently situated in the Four Seasons area near Horseshoe Bend Parkway, you'll find a plethora of dining options and waterfront bars just moments away.
