Kick back and relax in this 3 BR/2BA lake house at beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. This fun lakeside home is located in a large protected cove between mile marker 2-3 in the heart of Horseshoe Bend in the Four Seasons area.

Want to get wet? We have a private boat dock with swim platform so you can enjoy the water out on the lake or right by the home. The cove is deep and protected so feel free to layout and swim right off the dock. There are two kayaks and a lily pad for your enjoyment. If you want to try boating, there are several boat rentals in the area that can accommodate your needs!

Feel like taking in the outdoors but not getting in the water? No problem, a fully furnished martini deck, sitting deck and a private deck off the master bedroom ensure plenty of outdoor space to relax.
Interested in the night life? We are a short drive from the main strip featuring restaurants such as Neon Taco, Roxy’s, and Tucker Shuckers. Use Uber or Lift to get you back home safety. It’s a great stop for your bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Further Details: At some point you need to sleep so pick out your bedroom. The master has access to a private deck but all have plenty of closet space to store your clothes. After your good nights sleep use the full kitchen to make your group a great breakfast...its the most important meal of the day.

If you feel like spending some quality time inside, the main level floor plan is really open and has plenty of seating for everyone. There is additional sleeping space in the living room with a sleeper sofa. Play cards or board games at the table, or just sit down and watch a movie on TV. The house has WIFI.

If golf is your thing there are 13 fantastic courses within 30 minutes. The Ridge at the Four Seasons is just 3 minutes away (4 star rating 'Places to Play' by Golf Digest.) If you feel like driving, Four Seasons other public course Witches Cove is about 6 minutes.

Shoppers have no fear, the Osage Premium Outlet mall is only 15 minutes away. What you save in gas you can spend at over 110 outlets from stores like Adidas, Banana Republic, BCBG Max Azria, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Coach, Gap Outlet, J.Crew, Nautica, Nike, Nine West, Polo Ralph Lauren, and more.

We had an amazing stay here! We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and it was perfect. House was clean and had everything we needed. The location was ideal. Hanging out on the spacious dock with friendly neighbors all around was the best part! Doug and Celeste were very accommodating.

Great family time at the lake!
Comfortable home in an awesome cove with a nice swim dock! Loved having use of kayaks, lily pad and floats. Friendly neighbors, lots of fish and plenty of opportunity for fun! Pillows could use to be replaced and just FYI that the parking is one way in/out so you have to back in or out which isn’t super problematic, just good to know.

Nice Place to Spend an Ozarks Weekend
The house is nice and as described. It's located near the dam with easy access to downtown Lake Ozark, grocery stores, etc. We had a great time with the exception of one neighbor who gave us a hard time about parking, even though multiple other vehicles were parked in the same manner on the same street. Everything with the house was very good.

Fun weekend away
This property was exactly as it stated in the listing. It was spacious enough for a family of 4 with teenage kids and two of their friends. It was dog friendly and had awesome access to the lake and a nice deck to enjoy. We may have been the first visitors of the season as we did have to clean the deck of cobwebs and leaves. Overall great place in a great location.

Great place with a nice and quiet location!!
The location is great in a quiet cove. I didn't have to worry about my boat getting beat up by waves. The house was everything we needed with a huge deck! Celeste was very accommodating with all of my questions before we arrived. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

Overall the house was nice, a few things in the house need some update. The sliding door was pretty hard to open and close. Dock was nice, more reclining lounge chairs would be nice. Quiet cove.

Awesome place to stay! Had a 30' boat we brought and the dock fit well!
Property was clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well. Boat dock was in great to store the boat. Tucked in a cove so the boat didn't get rocked around. Fished from the dock and caught some bass and bluegills. Great for lounging too! Had both gas grill and a great Weber charcoal grill and made some great dinners on. This is a great ace to come to and we'll be back for sure!

Overall great location and the house fulfilled our needs for the weekend. It has your basic necessities, like hand soap, dish soap, and towels, but they don’t offer shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We brought our own shampoo & conditioner but assumed they had provided basic bath soaps like most rental properties do. The house was also very dusty and not very clean. Food debris left in the sink and the cooler they offer had standing water in it and mold growing so it smelt really bad. Again, great location and on the water, but we spent a lot of time at the house and wished it would’ve been kept up a bit better.

Exactly what we needed
We were looking for a spot for a change of pace for a few days. The property was just as described. Although we tried fishing for two days and lost a lot of bait, just as we were getting ready to leave we saw large fish just off the shoreline. We will know next time we come! Close to everything we needed and the owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. Our family of five was very comfortable but six adults might find it a little small if weather doesn't allow for use of the outdoor space.

Great family vacation in a quiet cove!
4 adults, 3 children (17yo, 8yo, 10 months) stayed comfortably at the Vitt's property on MM2! (I agree with another post that 8 "full size" people would be quite cramped in the house.) Celeste had a super fast response time for any question I had. Helpful info to know: There are a ton of stairs (pictures don't lie). Good exercise, but be prepared! There are a plenty of towels. Thank you. The dock and stairs get very hot. The lower dock ramp gets slippery when wet. The cove was nice and quiet and calm when we were there, but you are a short boat ride away from lots of fun. Kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals. Grocery stores are very close. We were expecting loads of mosquitoes, but it wasn't too bad actually. Grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and air conditioning are all functioning. The sink faucet could use some love! Thank you for a great week! We made many memories and can't wait to go back!

Be sure to take pictures!!
This place was not cleaned very well. After our stay, they charged us for a comforter stain that was there when we arrived. Both my husband and I noticed and said we should have taken a picture, but neither of us did. When we first arrived, there was not a square of toilet paper in the house. I know to always take stock as I may need to purchase more for our week visit, but was shocked when there wasn’t even a partial roll. I didn’t contact the owner as I was going to the store anyway. The first night, I went to do dishes and the dish washer was disgusting. I did several vinegar washes, still not great but better. The kitchen drain was backing up, there is dripping water in the lower bathroom. The place just needs a lot of TLC and seems to have been neglected. The location is great!! The dock was amazing. Honestly, I was going to let the cleanliness go until they charged for the comforter that was stained before we got there.
