Pretty View
We had an early Christmas celebration with old friends. Place was just as the as said. It was bitter cold while we were there. Couple stayed upstairs toasty. We were very cold in downstairs bedroom. Would book again when warmer. View from kitchen quite nice. Saw Bald Eage and Geese and Heron. Enjoyed area with our dogs.

A little work and a lot of Vacation
I enjoyed my stay here. Everything was great, accept for one thing. The internet was weak. I had trouble with it the whole time I was there. But, the location by the stripe was great and easy to get to other places. Washer and dry worked great. The fishing off the dock was great. I would stay here again. But, I might not if I need to do a lot of work that needs a good internet connection. I only marked it down because I need good internet. I would give it a 4.5 out of a 5.

Good location
The house is nice enough, it could use some repairs. The upstairs bedroom gets really hot. Great dock for our boat and fishing. Good location, walking distance to shops and a really good candy store. I liked the fenced in area for my dog. The listing said there was a hair dryer and an iron, I never found either one. No bedside tables and a broken dresser upstairs. The sofa was very comfy.

Annual Vacation
Communication was good. It’s great to have our own dock for our jet ski. Great very hot jet skiing weather. Plenty of places to fuel the ski. I can tell fishing would have been good had I done more of it. They have their own boat ramp but in hindsight I wouldn’t launch anything but canoes or kayaks from it. I almost high centered my 4 x 4 F150 and it’s a jack knife backing situation. If you are not excellent at backing don’t try it. Take it from me I have 14 years tractor trailer and other various vehicle/trailer scenarios experience. In short go to Berger’s Marina and pay the $10.00 to launch instead. It’s very close and I think you will spend less overall time and less wear and tear on your vehicle. And much less frustration. This is my third location staying at the Ozarks and Table Rock Lake and this has been the best of the three. I would stay again. This is very close to grocery’s and restaurants. You can walk to the restaurants/bars. Very short drive to Woods Grocery. You must try the clam chowder at Tuckers Shuckers.

Great stay
It was a great place to stay peaceful during the day. Pictures can be deceiving . The up stairs area was always hot never really cool down but down stairs was extra cool. The beds down stairs are small. Over all it was very clean. In a nice little cove. Quite and peacefully. If beds were bigger would consider staying again.

Quick family trip
Loved the location and the sweet little house, stairs were very steep but loved the property. Dog hair everywhere , dirty socks under the recliner parts of chairs and bathtub was dirty. The owner is very sweet and prompt to answer any questions . Would go again for sure just needs new manager or housekeepers.

Absolutely would stay again
This property was perfect style for us - a beautifully restored and modernized lake cottage right on the water with a deck and surrounded by trees. Very cozy, and every sleeping room had very comfy beds and a water view. Well appointed kitchen and great wifi and TV options. The location was perfect: 0.5 mile from the main road with plenty F&B options - like, a 15 minute walk max- no need to worry about driving.

Great view & proximity to the Dam
Spent a solo weekend away at this property with my 2 pups. Loved the location and the waterfront view the most.
The upstairs bed was not a queen size and wasn’t very comfortable in my opinion. The furnishings were also sparse in the upstairs bedroom (no headboard, nightstand or lamps) and a ceiling fan would’ve been a nice touch.
Didn’t spend time downstairs, other than to look around. The furnace was noisy and would startle me and my dogs sometimes, but it was effective. Appreciated the car port and little side yard. Lots of parking, too. Neighbor has 2 large dogs that he allows to roam unleashed, which almost became a problem for my 2 smaller dogs.
If you’re looking for someplace to enjoy the view, bring your pets, and be in close proximity to the Dam, this is a good choice. If you’re looking for something slightly more comfortable and feels less like a basic rental property, keep searching. Would I stay here again? Probably.

A little tricky to find after dark.
The keypad for the key box was broken, so we couldn’t get in. Luckily the owner called a locksmith right away. Very comfortable!
