Cozy up at the Oasis on the Bluff! Enjoy this beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath lake front condo with an incredible view of the main channel without even leaving your bed. You will want to grab a drink to relax on the screened in patio and enjoy the view. This space is perfect for anything from a romantic getaway to a fun family adventure.
Although there is plenty to do in the area, you can have a fun filled week or weekend trip without even leaving the condo complex. This specific unit is nice and quiet, and away from the noise. All you can hear is the sound of boats passing by.

A boat slip and 3 PWC slips are available for use with an additional cost per day of $20 boat/$10 for each PWC

You can travel light because we supply towels, linens, paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, and all soaps. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, pots & pans, and a full size washer and dryer for those extended stays.

Regatta Bay is in a quiet area surrounded by trees. There are pickleball courts, a tennis court and two swimming pools, one of which is directly on the water, as well as a fun playground for the kids.
It is centrally located on the Horseshoe Bend Parkway. Only minutes and a short uber ride away from many waterfront restaurants and bars. This includes Shady Gators and H-Toads. It is also located in the center of many major golf courses.

This beautiful condo has amazing Lake views and a terrific screened in deck. The unit is so clean and beautifully decorated. The hosts are so nice, and provided those little extras that made our trip more enjoyable. It’s our new favorite place to stay at the Lake!

Beautiful lake view
Condo was perfect for 2 couples as both beds were king size. Porch offered beautiful views, especially when enjoying morning coffee. Good location, close to restaurants and golf courses. There are a lot of stairs to access the property, so keep that in mind if anyone has mobility issues. Owners give extra touches to make you feel welcomed. Would return.

Great Getaway
We stayed here Sept17-Sept 22 and we were very very happy with the Condo. The screened in porch was a huge plus. We enjoyed many hours watching the boats, the sunset, and each other. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. Thank you for everything. We golfed 2 courses while here, The Cove - a must and also Indian Rock. We went side by siding at The Loop, also if your into adventure, a must. Visited many of the restaurants in the area. Although, the Condo has a full kitchen, we opted to eat out. We can cook at home. Again thanks so much, we had a great time.

The perfect place for us
This was by far one of the best properties we have stayed at in Regatta Bay. The condo is clean and stocked with whatever items you may need, and the beds are comfortable (the king is firmer, while the queen is softer and even the pull out couch was “pretty sweet” according to my 7 yr old son). The condo is quite literally on the main channel, so the views from the screened in porch and master bedroom are awesome. The nightly price was reasonable, there were no outrageous check out requests, and the owners are friendly and responsive, so this condo has moved to the top of my list of places to stay when we come down.

Great place with great views and great hosts!
Kevin and Danielle were so helpful from start to finish. The unit is a little difficult to find, but they have great directions once you’re onsite so you know where you’re going (the building numbers are hard to see if you get there after dark - but they sent maps that eased this as well!). Once you get to the condo everything was clean and practical. The views you can’t beat! Whether it’s the large windows in the master or the screen in porch, it is truly a relaxing oasis. We plan to come back in the future!

Excellent experience!
Our 3 person party enjoyed a very relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable weekend at the lake. The accomodations were very nicely furnished, exceptionally clean, quite comfortable, and provided everything we required. The area was very quiet at this time of the year and the neighbors we did encounter were all pleasant. The large screened-in deck provides an expansive view of the lake and offered us some exceptional sunset views. We chose to enjoy the peace and quiet and the scenery, but the property is within a relatively short drive of many area restaurants and attractions. Overall, we had a great stay, will definitely consider staying here again if the opportunity arises, and can recommend this property without hesitation. Thanks for the memories! Walt

Myself and 3 of my best friends, who also happen to be family, stayed and we were very impressed with everything. From the lake view (OMG!!), to the well stocked cabinets and the written instructions, everything was just perfect for us. Super easy check in and out. We were centrally located and found our destinations easily. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!
