The Landing on Lake Nebagamon is a three acre distinctive property with a private driveway a quarter-mile long to provide serenity. Guests enjoy unlimited use of a Bennington pontoon boat, fishing boat, swimming raft, canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, and much more. Guests in the winter enjoy access to a very extensive network of snowmobile trails in Douglas and Bayfield counties right out the back door!
This lake home has spectacular views and is an "open" concept. The house is 2,700 square feet with three huge bedrooms, all with king beds and all with two additional twin beds in the form of trundles. Additional den room features a pull out sofa for which we provide a supplementary thick mattress pad. The house has two full service kitchens, one on each level, perfect for multiple families! There is an additional 600 s.f. in the "barn," a fully finished separate building near the house. The barn features a 300 s.f. living space on the lower floor and a 300 s.f. sleeping space for 8 on the upper floor. The living space has a couch, reclining chair, big screen HDTV, wifi, foosball, and a wood stove. The sleeping space includes a queen bed and two bunk beds with full size on the bottom and twin on the top. A red cedar sauna for up to 8 in the boathouse completes the property.
Extremely private setting, close enough to town by vehicle or boat, but on the other side of the lake for privacy. HDTV and screaming fast WiFi included. There are NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE FEES when booking this property.
The lake is a gem. 914 acres total. Our lake frontage is 100 feet of firm sand, the water is extremely clean. Consistently, we have guests that comment that they normally don't like to walk and swim in lakes, but that this a completely different experience!
After 12 years in this business through two properties on Lake Nebagamon, here is what makes this property different from others on our lake:
