Location is very convenient to Hearst Castle. We got in late so we didn’t walk around but there are restaurants within walking distance. It was a small disappointment that the fireplace in our room didn’t work. We did not bring this to the attention of staff upon checking in because we were just too tired. The room was otherwise clean and the beds were super comfy. "
