Great fun with a fun back yard
Our children used the pool over and over again. We loved the quiet/secluded back yard. The location was close enough to where we needed, Rock Springs Creek and other paddling locations. Food in the area was very nice and gyms close by.

Our stay was great! The home is immaculate, and all the amenities are great. The backyard feels like a little oasis; wherein you can relax and unwind. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying the backyard but had a short stay and a lot of outings. The accommodations were perfect for our family.

Christmas Vacation
We had a great stay and the house was excellent for our family. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and walks by the lake. The spa and sauna were an extra plus to our stay. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

We stayed for a long weekend for my daughter’s graduation. We had six people and really enjoyed the wonderful inside and outside spaces. We enjoyed the pool and watched an outside movie by the fire pit. House was very clean and well kept. We would certainly recommend.

This house is perfect, we felt at home during our stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the beds, and couches are comfortable and cozy. Our kids and dog especially enjoyed the pool and large backyard.

Amazing Stay
This house was perfect for our trip to Lake Mary for a family wedding. It was down the road from the wedding venue Lake Mary Event Center and close to lots of things to do in the area. The pool and spa was perfect for hanging out! The house was extremely clean and it was so nice having a pack n play and high chair already at the house for our baby. The host was quick to respond with any questions or needs we had. One of the best rentals I have ever stayed in!

The house is wonderful. Little extras like a coffee set up make you feel welcome! We really enjoyed the beautiful private backyard with pool and hot tub. The location is great. Just off the main road, so easy access to everything you need for your stay. We will definitely book this home again!

Fantastic place
We had to stay somewhere close or Orlando where our motor coach was being serviced and this place turned out to be a mini vacation and its beautifully decorated and peaceful backyard with pool. The bed are the most comfortable I've ever slept on and plan of buying the same mattress.

Great location and stay
Great location! Quiet neighborhood and close to shopping center, restaurants, grocery and Topgolf. We were in town for a baseball tournament and it was convenient to Boomah Sports complex as well. Enjoyed our stay, it was a little cold and rainy so we’re weren’t able to swim in the pool but the property manager turned on the heat for the spa/hot tub whenever we texted that we wanted to use it! We will be back!

Perfect house for dogs
The house was great! Secure and roomy backyard for dogs! Room leading into backyard was perfect for entertaining and letting dogs cool down before heading inside house! The beds and linens were amazing and John was so attentive to our needs! Great stay, would highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful and the neighborhood allows for early morning walks that meant a lot to me. My friends were very comfortable in my host could not have been more helpful.

We had the very best time visiting at this rental. The entire house feels luxurious and has everything you need. Plenty of dishes and towels. The closed in patio area provided plenty of space for several families to come together.

Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too.

This was one of the best short term rental experiences we have ever had. The house was lovely, and the renters went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was taken care of. Shelter in the time of storm
We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean, roomy, comfortable and close to shopping and other outdoor activities. We came here to escape Hurricane Idalia from Hernando Beach where we were staying at a VRBO property. We had to cut our week short there and were able to book the villa the night before check-in, thankfully. Host was very helpful in getting us checked in. The villa will not disappoint future guests. Would love to stay there again.

My extended family and I had the best time at this property. It was spacious and luxurious. There is plenty of room for a large group and multiple spaces where everyone can relax comfortably. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. We could not have asked for a better experience.
