We use SUPERHOG as part of our guest screening process. Your SUPERHOG application must match the primary guest name on the reservation, and your background check must be completed within 48 hours of receiving your booking confirmation as per State and City law. Your booking is NOT confirmed until these requirements have been fulfilled. Once the reservation is confirmed, and prior to check-in, guests must sign a Rental Agreement outlining the terms of the stay, stating that they agree with and acknowledge:

- to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $50, paid via SUPERHOG
- the waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay.

Perfect Family Getaway with Amazing Amenities!
We stayed here with our three boys and had such a fun trip! There was plenty of space, lots of games, and the creek outside was amazing for the kids. The entire check-in process was seamless, and the communication was excellent. The neighborhood was the icing on the cake—great restaurants with a view, a fun pool, and we even rented a brand-new boat right from the neighborhood beach! Thanks for an amazing vacation. We would definitely recommend it!

Property was clean and very spacious. The resort had a lot of amenities. Most you had to rent or pay for, but the pricing was very reasonable. The resort restaurant was not very good and very pricey. We ended up using the kitchen at the house or going to town for our meals. Overall a great experience and fun time with our kids (ages 10 - 18). We highly recommend the property.
