Lake Lure continues to recover from Hurricane Helene! We’re pleased to share that Quail Cove (and Rumbling Bald) are once again welcoming guests. Thanks to dedicated contractor and volunteer efforts, access roads and essential services like power, water, and WiFi, are restored. Although the Chimney Rock area, Lake Lure beaches and waterfront are currently closed, there is so much that our beautiful foothills area has to offer. Come enjoy Quail Cove as a peaceful retreat and “home base” for visiting nearby towns and attractions. Area restaurants, including Lake Lure and Asheville are reopening. There's golf at Rumbling Bald, and area wineries, breweries, music, trails, waterfalls, and so much natural beauty within an hour's drive of Lake Lure. Tryon Equestrian Center is hosting some of the Chimney Rock businesses that suffered from the storm. Saluda, Hendersonville, Forest City, Ashville, and larger cities like Greenville, SC and Charlotte, NC are great day-trip destinations. It is our policy to require Damage Protection. Your stay at Quail Cove includes Damage Protection that covers up to $3,000 in damage. See complete terms and conditions in our rental agreement. YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PURCHASE DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE AT CHECK OUT THROUGH VRBO OR OTHER PROVIDER.
All reservations, including VRBO/Airbnb are REQUIRED to sign a RENTAL AGREEMENT. The Rental Agreement is sent in a separate email for electronic signature. For VRBO guests, we will not process your credit card for the deposit until after you sign the rental agreement.
