Chill Out Cottage is a charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath lakefront home on Lake Lure, in the picturesque foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Directly on the water is a rooftop deck over the boat house, ready for you to enjoy our perfect weather. There's even a full-length lake view screened porch with rocking chairs and a large table to spend evenings playing games or eating outdoors. Endless fun will be spent using the two kayaks or the stand-up paddle board.

Let's tour the cottage. The main level living room has ample seating to gather around the flat screen TV. Just steps away is the kitchen in this open inviting floor plan. Sit at the breakfast bar while drinking morning coffee or planning the day's activities. Enjoy meals at the table located in a full length, lake view sunroom. There's even a desk if you need a spend some time working away from home.

There are two private bedrooms on the main level. One features a queen size bed and the other a twin size bed. To add additional sleeping flexibility on the main level, there is also a twin bed in the sun room. A bathroom separates the two bedrooms with a contemporary tile walk-in shower.

The lower level is a self-contained one bedroom, one bath studio that is accessed from an outside entrance. It's close enough to feel connected with the entire group, but the perfect place for a couple to have their own private space. The unit has a queen size bed, great air conditioning, flat screen tv, and a full bathroom. Leave the bedroom door open to the full length screened porch to enjoy tranquil nights on the water.

You'll spend most of your time at the water's edge on the boathouse rooftop lakefront deck. It's equipped with everything you want, so you'll never need to leave the house. It has lounge chairs for tanning, high top table and chairs to gather, plus two additional chairs around a gas fire pit. There's even a gas grill for preparing all your meals.

Additional overnight parking is available at our office downtown Lake Lure, within 10 minutes from the home. Street parking for vacation rental homes is strictly prohibited by the Town of Lake Lure and aggressively enforced with towing.
